1. Who we are
RETRP is the trading name used on this website for custom LED neon design and quotation requests. Before any order is accepted, the written quotation identifies the contracting seller and its contact details. Website and privacy questions can be sent to sales@retrp.com.
2. What this Site is — and what it is not
The Site presents custom LED neon options and lets you request a written quotation. It is a design-and-inquiry website:
- You cannot make a payment on this Site. An order can only be considered after a written quotation and final artwork review.
- Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Product listings, specifications and any indicative figures are an invitation to treat only.
- All commercial terms — price, quantity, specifications, delivery and payment terms — are agreed exclusively in a separate written quotation and order confirmation (normally via WhatsApp or email), which form the contract between us.
3. Who may request a quote
Individuals, event planners and trade buyers may request a quote. The written quotation identifies whether the proposed order is treated as a consumer or business transaction and states the terms that apply before you decide whether to proceed.
4. Quotations
- A quotation is only valid for the period stated on it and only for the quantity, specification and destination it names.
- A contract comes into existence only when we confirm your order in writing after quotation.
- We may decline any inquiry at our discretion, including where we cannot verify the buyer or serve the destination.
5. Accuracy of Site content
We take care to keep product information current, but content on the Site is provided for general information and may be updated at any time. Binding specifications, certifications and compliance statements are those set out in the written quotation and accompanying documents, not the Site.
6. Intellectual property
Site content (text, images, graphics and layout) belongs to the site operator or its licensors. You may view it and share inquiry-related excerpts for the purpose of discussing a quote, but may not commercially reproduce it without permission.
You confirm that you have permission to reproduce any logo or artwork you upload. An uploaded file is used only to assess and respond to your quote request unless a later written agreement says otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at scale, or use the inquiry channels to send unlawful, deceptive or abusive content.
8. WhatsApp, email and third-party services
Inquiry buttons on the Site open a draft in your own WhatsApp application or email client. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's (Meta Platforms) own terms. We are not responsible for the availability of WhatsApp, your email provider, or other third-party services linked from the Site.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales (including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Subject to that, the Site is provided "as is"; we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on Site content alone — commercial reliance should be placed on the written quotation — and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site.

How we handle personal data around inquiries is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you use it applies.
12. Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of use of the Site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — without prejudice to mandatory provisions applying in a business counterparty's jurisdiction agreed otherwise in a signed contract.
