💷 How much does a custom neon sign cost?
It depends on final dimensions, artwork complexity, colours, backing, quantity and delivery location. You review a written quote before payment. See pricing factors.
🕐 How long do custom neon signs take?
Put your needed-by date in the quote request. Production and delivery timing are confirmed in writing; urgent requests need an individual feasibility check.
✍️ Can I upload a logo?
Yes. Upload PNG, JPG, WEBP or SVG artwork up to 8MB in the studio. The file uploads securely with the submitted request.
💡 LED neon or glass neon?
RETRP’s primary product is LED neon flex on acrylic, not traditional glass-gas neon. Read the technology comparison.
☂ Can it go outdoors?
Choose covered-outdoor in the designer and describe rain exposure, mounting and power access. Weatherproofing and any IP claim must be confirmed in the written quote.
📦 What is the wholesale / OEM minimum?
Single-sign requests are accepted. Batch feasibility and commercial terms are confirmed in the written quotation.
☀ Is a dimmer available?
Dimmer or remote options can be requested for indoor plug-in builds. Mention room use, outlet distance and why you need brightness control.
🔩 How do I mount it?
Mounting depends on sign weight and wall type. Confirm the supplied method in the quotation and follow local safety practice. See the drywall guide.
💬 How does the WhatsApp quote work?
The form stores the request on the RETRP server and opens a pre-filled WhatsApp draft. It is not sent until you tap Send.
🛒 Is there a cart or checkout?
No. No payment is taken on retrp.com. You first review the written quotation and final artwork.
📄 What certifications apply?
Ask for the documents required by your destination or venue. Rely only on documents identified or attached to the written quotation.
🚚 Which regions do you ship to?
Enter the city or postcode so serviceability, shipping method, timing and any duty responsibility can be stated in writing.
🛡 What if the sign arrives damaged?
The quote should state the reporting window, evidence required and available remedy. Keep the packaging until the sign has been checked.
💳 What payment and warranty terms apply?
Payment schedule, accepted method and warranty wording are provided in the written quotation. No payment details are collected on this website.
