About RETRP

RETRP (Retro Trimmed) helps individuals, event planners and businesses turn words or logos into custom LED neon flex signs. You can explore a design online, send the brief through WhatsApp or email and review a written quote before deciding whether to order. No payment is taken on retrp.com.

Start in the Neon Maker or the full Create / upload studio. Tell us your name or project, quantity, delivery location, needed-by date and WhatsApp number. Your written quote will then confirm the final design, price, timing, delivery, payment and after-sales terms.

How we work (inquiry → quote)

The same three-step process works for a one-off name sign, a wedding backdrop, a shop logo or a larger batch:

  1. Request — Use the quote form or email sales@retrp.com. Supported artwork selected in the Studio uploads securely with the request.
  2. Mockup conversation — We align size, colour, mounting, and indoor vs outdoor intent before production. Complex logos may need file cleanup; we say so rather than invent a perfect preview.
  3. Written quote — Review the price, lead time, delivery method, payment schedule, warranty and damage process before you accept or pay.

Because every design and destination can be different, the website does not show a final cart price. You can request a quote without committing to an order.

Who you contract with

RETRP is the trading name used on this website. The legal seller, business address and applicable company details are stated in the written quotation before an order is accepted.

What we make

Primary product: custom LED flexible neon (LED neon flex on acrylic) for weddings, business logos, bars, open signs, name signs, and wholesale / OEM batches. Outdoor or IP-rated builds only when specified in your inquiry. Certification file numbers (UL / ETL / CE / RoHS and similar): confirmed in your written quotation.
