About RETRP

RETRP (Retro Trimmed) helps individuals, event planners and businesses turn words or logos into custom LED neon flex signs. You can explore a design online and, for standard 16, 20, 24 and 32 in sizes, pay in USD in the studio. Written quotes and WhatsApp are for non-standard sizes, complex logos and wholesale OEM.

Start in the Neon Maker or the full Create / upload studio. For a standard size, add the design to cart and pay at checkout. For a bespoke brief, tell us your name or project, quantity, delivery location, needed-by date and WhatsApp number — the written quote then confirms the final design, price, timing, delivery, payment and after-sales terms.

How we work (design → pay, or quote if bespoke)

The same path works for a one-off name sign, a wedding backdrop, a shop logo or a larger batch:

  1. Design — Use the studio to set wording, colour and a standard size, or upload artwork.
  2. Pay or request a quote — Standard sizes go to checkout in USD. Non-standard sizes, complex logos and wholesale OEM get a written quote via the form or sales@retrp.com.
  3. Confirm the build — Checkout or the written quote confirms size, price, delivery, payment and after-sales terms. Complex logos may need file cleanup; we say so rather than invent a perfect preview.

Standard sizes show a checkout price in the studio. Bespoke work is quoted in writing so you can review it before you commit.

Who you contract with

RETRP is the trading name used on this website. The legal seller, business address and applicable company details are stated in the written quotation before an order is accepted.

What we make

Primary product: custom LED flexible neon (LED neon flex on acrylic) for weddings, business logos, bars, open signs, name signs, and wholesale / OEM batches. Outdoor or IP-rated builds only when specified in your inquiry. Certification file numbers (UL / ETL / CE / RoHS and similar): confirmed in your written quotation.
